Meet Courtney Foley: GABB’s Executive Assistant
The GABB has hired Courtney Foley to be the group’s executive assistant, in charge of member relations, the website and communications.
Ms. Foley brings nearly a decade of experience in operations, finance, marketing, and communications to the Georgia Association of Business Brokers, half of which she gained in the commercial real estate industry. She began her career at JLL (formerly Jones Lang LaSalle), where she supported the President of the New York Region and was later promoted to Associate while simultaneously earning her Master’s degree. Since relocating to the Atlanta area from Manhattan with her husband five years ago, she has held positions in operations and finance management for small independently owned businesses which allow her the flexibility to be a devoted stay-at-home mother to her two young sons.
Courtney holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in classical piano performance from Rollins College and Hunter College of the City University of New York respectively, and has completed courses in real estate finance through New York University. She is an accomplished pianist and has performed both at home and abroad, and she occasionally volunteers her time as an accompanist at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church.
Diane Loupe will continue to work with GABB with its real estate school and Board-Certified Broker program.
Courtney is grateful for the opportunity to join the Georgia Association of Business Brokers, and she looks forward to serving the organization’s members and the business brokerage community in her new position.
