Today’s Business Broker uses many technologies in their daily business—computers, mobile devices, the Internet, cloud-based tools, social media, messaging/communication platforms, and more. If used without the proper safeguards in place you are putting your business in a vulnerable position. In the current world of malware, viruses, social engineering, and more –all growing at an alarming rate– it’s imperative that business brokers obtain information on the best solutions available that will ensure they decrease the likelihood of any hacks or data security issues that can take their business out of commission for a long stretch of time. This class will ensure that you have put in layers of protection to keep your operation running smoothly.
Program Length: 6 hours, 6 CE Credits
The Georgia Association of Business Brokers conference will be offered at the Atlanta REALTORS® Center, 5784 Lake Forrest Drive, Atlanta, GA 30328.
Kim Eells of the Brand Bank is the breakfast sponsor.
Leigh Milton of Resurgens Bank will sponsor lunch.
BUSINESS AFTER HOURS: After the conference, if you would rather chill than attempt to tangle with traffic, come to the GABB networking event at Under the Cork Tree a few blocks away in Sandy Springs. Arranged by GABB Affiliate Mark Jones, the restaurant will provide free hors d’oeuvres, and each guest is responsible for their own beverages.
