Biographical Info
Jon Merry has been with <strong>the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.</strong><sup>SM</sup> since 2004 as a C.B.A. He has a keen understanding for the buying and selling process and has assisted our staff of Senior Brokers with numerous M&A transactions. In 2012, Jon obtained his Real Estate License and now excels as a Senior Business Broker. Jon is well versed in the industry and handles a wide range of deal making activities to help meet our clients’ needs. Jon is also member of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers where he received recognition for achievement into the Multi-Million Dollar Club for 2012 and 2013 for closed M&A transactions. Further, Jon is a member of the International Society of Business Analysts (ISBA).
In addition, Jon has been a Certified Machinery/Equipment Appraiser (CMEA) with the National Equipment Business Builders Institute (NEBB Institute) for over 10. A CMEA is intensively trained in the legal requirements involving the USPAP standards, as well as the methodology approach employed in establishing fair market value, orderly liquation value, and force liquation value in any market condition.
