Jeff Heidt and Kimberly Dart Heidt are the Franchise Partners for the Marietta, Georgia market in the Atlanta MSA.
Jeff recently left corporate America where he worked for UPS for 15 years in management. Prior to UPS, Jeff spent 11 years working for one of Mellow Mushroom’s largest franchisees.
Jeff was introduced to Well Sell Restaurant through his wife, Kimberly Dart Heidt, who has worked with Eric and Robin Gagnon for 20 years through her boutique commercial real estate company, Dart Retail Advisors, specializing in shopping center brokerage.
Jeff graduated from Thomas Edison State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He has a passion for soccer and played in college and later coached at Roswell Santos Soccer Club for 8 years. In Jeff’s spare time, he enjoys playing golf with childhood friends he grew up with in Pensacola, FL. Jeff has a 17-year-old son, Myers, and a 14-year-old step-son, Jack, two cats (Elle and Joan) and one dog (Apollo).
Duo Jeff and Kimberly have both completed industry-specific training and testing through We Sell Restaurants to earn the designation of Certified Restaurant Broker®. They are among a handful of restaurant brokerage experts nationwide with this title.
