Donna Smiley is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor here in the Metro Atlanta area. Her speciality is Tenant & Landlord Representation in Office, Retail, & Industrial. She offers her clients more than just Real Estate experience and expertise. She also brings her energy, determination, competitive spirit, and her beliefs about success. Her main focus is to actively listening to her clients objectives and needs, she then takes the steps needed to turn those goals and desires into reality. She not only explains the Buying, Selling and Leasing process in detail, she also stays in close communication with her clients, keeping them informed, letting them know that she is always working toward their best interests, and giving them reassurance, and faith that together they can get the deal done. Prior to getting her Real Estate License, she was a successful Real Estate Investor, because of that career it has allowed her to bring her creative negotiation skills to Real Estate transactions. She is currently working on obtaining her CCIM designation. Her desire is to build strong, long-lasting relationships, and to become a trusted resource for her clients.
