Kari B. Lazarova, ASA, CFA, is the Managing Director and founder of Valuation Aspects, LLC, a specialized valuation firm, based in Atlanta, providing expert business valuation, commercial real estate appraisal, and advisory services. Kari B. Lazarova, holds professional designations awarded by the leading business valuation and investment management organizations. Kari B. Lazarova holds the ASA designation in business valuation from the American Society of Appraisers and the CFA designation from the CFA Institute. Kari B. Lazarova is a certified general real property appraiser in the state of Georgia. Kari B. Lazarova is a past President of the Atlanta Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers.

Kari B. Lazarova has more than 23 years of experience in business valuation, financial analysis, business planning, and advisory services. Kari B. Lazarova has conducted valuation assignments for transactions, litigation support, estate, gift and tax planning, financing, restructuring, and privatization across a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, mining, chemical, transportation, wholesale and retail, real estate, construction, business and personal services, hospitality industry, IT, healthcare, insurance, and financial services. In addition to business valuation services, Kari has extensive experience in conducting appraisals of commercial real properties, including specialized properties, such as, mineral properties, entertainment properties, parks, hotels, mitigation banks, communication towers, caverns, undivided interests in real estate assets, etc., for financing, transactions, estate, gift and tax planning, and litigation.

Kari has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from the University of World and National Economy, Sofia, Bulgaria.
