Biographical Info

Gladys has over 30 years of Finance & Accounting experience 15 of which is executive experience. She is highly skilled in strategic Finance, Accounting, Treasury and Operations. She excels at process automation and expense reduction. Her industry experience extends over many sectors of business including IT, Health, Housing, Security, Manufacturing, Finance, Retail, Utilities, Non-profit and Quasi-government. She is a “Data Driven Servant-Leader” with a passion for reviewing, solving, and anticipating business problems.

Gladys holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance. Currently, she is the Owner and Principal at CFO Anx, a firm she founded to provide comprehensive Fractional CFO services to small & mid-size companies. If you are buying, selling or simply just growing a smaller business, Gladys has the strategic experience to assist with such initiatives.

Previously, Gladys held executive leadership roles at Salto Systems Inc. and at Highland Rivers Health. She has also worked for several large corporations including Freddie Mac, Home Depot and AT&T where she managed up to Trillions of dollars. Over the years, Gladys has served on many boards.

Gladys lives in Atlanta and has 2 adult children. She likes to travel, hike, read and volunteer.
