Location Info: East Tennessee leases two buildings that are located right next to each other. The Main building is used for offices, showroom and has a garage area used for vehicle installations and some inventory storage. The Warehouse building is used to store inventory, tools, etc. Our total combined monthly rent for the two buildings is $1287.50 Main Building The main office/warehouse space is 1500 square feet of space, approximately 1000 square foot of this space would be considered “office” space with the remaining space being storage/garage where we are able to do work on vehicles (ie: vehicle lifts, etc.).
