I am an SBA 7a and 504 Lender. I help finance business acquisitions and partner buyouts for individuals looking to own their own business. In addition to business acquisitions we also provide financing for commercial real estate acquisitions, debt refinancing, start-ups, franchises, and ground-up construction. We work with brokers and do pay broker fees.
