Cliff Bramble

His earlier management roles included working with Marriott hotels throughout Southern California, where he was chosen to open hotels in Palm Springs, San Diego, La Jolla, and Rancho Mirage. He also worked for Atlanta's Buckhead Life Restaurant Group as a GM of NAVA, and Buckhead Bread Company. His sense of hospitality excellence comes from years of taking care of his guests. His twenty-six years of living in the Atlanta area have taken him through some of the most desired neighborhoods. During the years of 2006–2012, Cliff became an investor in commercial real estate, then in residential and overnight stay rentals. His understanding of investment properties, locations, business, finance, and marketing now takes him into restaurant and real estate sales. Cliff is a best-selling author of two restaurant books: The Business Side of Restaurants and The Marketing Side of Restaurants. He has been a podcast guest of several shows, been featured in news articles, and has been a board member of the Southwest Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce. He has had transactions in commercial and residential real estate, has developed visionary plans for future use of properties, and has thousands of buyers within his database.
