Chris serves as Founder and Principal of Springfield Strategies and is active in all areas of business brokerage, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate. He has over twenty years of experience creating and selling businesses, project management, and real estate development.
In addition to being a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI®), Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CMAA®), Project Management Professional (PMP®), REALTOR®, author, IBBA (International Business Brokers Association) Instructor and recognized Business Brokerage Press Industry Expert, Chris also holds a real estate license in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. His ability to analyze complex business financials and interpret them to potential buyers, as well as organize and construct compelling narratives in confidential information memorandums, is why he has a proven record of helping owners achieve the highest value for their exit.
