Company History
Founded in 2004 by the current owner, the Company offers residential remodeling services from bathrooms, kitchens, and patios to additional living space for growing families via additions, finished basements, and/or outdoor living spaces. Small-scale architectural design services are also available on request.
The Company has operated as a state-licensed and fully insured home renovation business for over 20 years, completed over 825 projects in that period, with a customer database exceeding 1000 homeowners and works (almost) entirely as a referral-based business.
Well Positioned for Future Revenue and Profit Growth
Over the past three years, the Company has averaged 2.7M in revenues with a 32.6% gross margin and begins 2025 with 1.4M in signed contracts. Homes in the target geography, because of their age and size, are prime for renovation work, whether it be updating bathrooms and kitchens, or creating more living space for growing families (via additions, finished basements, and/or outdoor living spaces).

From full-scale second-story tear-offs/additions, basement/attic conversions, and exterior face-lifts to kitchen/bath renovations, sunrooms, decks, and screened/covered porches, the Company can both enhance the value of a client’s property and create a living environment that meets the needs and expectations of today’s family.
Unique Attributes
The Company’s client demographic of an intown homeowner: they have the disposable income to afford the cost of an intown renovation, which is typically higher than projects done outside the perimeter. Many clients are parents of younger children who need more space (to accommodate a growing family) and/or want a fresher look to an older home that they feel is outdated. Clients will often get self-fund, especially for those projects smaller in scope, or for larger projects, finance the project through a lending institution.
People
Projects are managed by 2 Project Coordinators who manage large and small projects, coordinating trades and their on-site performance and are the clients’ main communication link, managing all client-related administrative activities (i.e., email/text/phone communication, trade scheduling, project schedules, payment schedules, etc.). Currently the Company has five employees including the Owner, his wife (Small projects and Financial Manager), Office and Sales Coordinator, Field Superintendent, and a Large Project Coordinator. They also have a field staff of 2 (paid as 1099 contractors) who manage field-level activities like site prep & clean-up, punch out work, trim carpentry, painting, and the like.
