Biographical Info

The book, “Art of the Deal” inspired Realtor, Monique Shaw, and native New Yorker, to become an Atlanta transplant during the 1996 Olympics in pursuit of a successful sales career.  Her early interest in selling led her to many corporate selling roles, one of which included data center solutions sales for IBM where she exceeded $1 million daily quotas. In 2004, she started her real estate career with NACA helping new home buyers.

Monique is a creative and logistical commercial real estate consultant with over 20-years of experience in corporate sales, project management, and business consulting. She has 13 years combined experience in commercial, new home construction and residential real estate. In the last three years, she has surpassed $18 million in sales in a wide variety of deals, working closely with developers, investors, and crowdfunding syndicates. Ms. Shaw also sold over 75 new homes for Peachtree Communities within 3 quarters, and within her first 60 days in commercial real estate; she posted $2 million in sales. She has also owned several businesses to include logistics, business startup consulting, and sales training.

Her services include business brokerage, commercial sales, project management, site identification, tax incentives, researching necessary zoning, market research, organizing financing, and contract bidding.  Monique’s uniqueness is a direct results of her distinct combination of knowledge and experience in business, commercial real estate, technology, and sales, which she leverages to achieve customer-centric, measurable results!

Monique obtained a Master’s Degree in Project Management from Grantham University in 2018 and is an active member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors as well the newest member of Georgia Association of Business Brokers. She is also the founder of a grassroots networking organization to support the gender gap of women in commercial real estate, called Women of CRE. Monique is also the proud mother of a 10- year old son, Justin, who is an avid reader, athlete, and aspiring doctor.
