Dominique Maddox, CBI, CFE, is the Founder and President of EATS Broker, a nationally recognized boutique brokerage firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, that specializes exclusively in the sale of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and franchise resale opportunities. With more than a decade of restaurant brokerage experience, Dominique launched EATS Broker in 2019 after spending seven years with one of the nation’s largest restaurant brokerage platforms. His vision was to create a specialized, relationship-driven firm built around the operational realities of restaurant ownership — from lease transfer risk and brand continuity to employee retention and financial normalization.
