Linda is the founder of the firm and uses a collaborative approach to help clients make business decisions within their level of risk toleranceHer well-written, plain English contracts give her clients peace of mind by minimizing potential disputes and misunderstandings with their clients, vendors, contractors, employees, and business partners.
After spending 17 years in the corporate world, Linda left her job as an Assistant Vice President of Risk Management Technologies at Marsh, LLC., a global insurance brokerage firm (now Marsh ClearSight), to attend law school.  After three challenging and enjoyable (truly!) years, she graduated cum laude (with honors) from Georgia State University College of Law.
In addition to studying how to draft legally-enforceable contracts in plain English, Linda has studied the Drivers Model strategic planning process that helps businesses bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.  She also is a certified coach with over 300 hours of training and study.
Linda been a member of the Professional Women’s Information Network (“ProWIN”), a non-profit organization of influential businesswomen in Atlanta, since 2008.  She served on its Board of Directors for 6 years and as its President in 2013. She then served on its Advisory Board for 2-1/2 years until 2017 when she was asked to return to the working Board as President-Elect. Linda reprised her role as President in 2018 and led the organization to grow its membership from 98 to 131, a 33% increase. In 2019 she returned to the Advisory Board and remains an active member.
